An exclusive studio that forms the framework for a professionally authentic environment with space for everyone. Our tastefully decorated rooms motivate for comfort and a positive training experience with you in focus.

Well-being and health are about balance, coherence and wholeness between body and soul. The work with body, breathing and functional movement patterns makes body and soul work closely together, which gives a wonderful experience of wholeness.

In Free Spirit, pilates is at the center, we offer training individually and in small groups. The studio is fully equipped with the original pilates machines such as reformer, cadillac, chair, spine corrector, ladder barrel etc., originally designed by Joseph Pilates. We have 10 reformers for team training.

At Free Spirit, you learn to work from your center and your core muscles to build a strong and balanced body. Pilates largely avoids high impact, high power output, and heavy muscular and skeletal loading. With Pilates, you build a strong foundation and a detailed knowledge of your body. Variety and flexibility are important to us, so we also offer a wide range of other forms of training. You can practice Yoga and a number of modern training concepts, among others. Barre Training, Cross Core and 6D sliders.

Our experienced, well-trained instructors all have an in-depth and specialized education and a personal commitment to our profession. We offer small teams and individual specialized training, to achieve the most of the individual's potential.
