‘Free Smart Agenda’ has three ways to help you organize and manage your life:

1) Alarms:

- You can easily specify appointments and you will be then reminded on time.

- Highly flexible variety of options are available to meet any repeating pattern you need for your repeated appointment, e.g:

Every day.

Every week.

Every month

Every specific day of month (e.g every last day of month, every third Monday of month, … etc.)

2) Pending Tasks:

- You can easily make your own to-do lists, mark the completed tasks and rearrange tasks according to their priority.

3) Trackable events:

- You can specify which events you want to track their occurrences and view daily, weekly, monthly or yearly reports for them, e.g:

- Track the amount of money spent each day.

- Track the number of common colds you get in a certain period of time.

… etc.

For all of the previous items, you can:

- Attach unlimited number of:

* Text notes.

* Photos.

* Voice notes (requires permission to record audio).

* Phone contacts.

* Files (requires permission to access phone storage).

- Categorize them under a variety of ready-made or customized categories with distinct colors.

Your alarms, pending tasks, trackable events are summarized in your agenda. Click any day to view your schedule.

You can simple backup your agenda onto your Google drive and easily restore it from the same device or any other android device using the same Google account.
