Form builder app for creating forms and collecting data

Fieldero allows you to create digital forms and then fill them (submit) using your android device. Forms created by this app can be exported as a pdf documents, excel file, or synced with web server.

Fieldero can operate in two plans. Cloud plan and local plan. Currently available is only local plan.

Local plan - without synchronizing data with web app. This option is totally free, but you could see ads in this plan

Here are some features of android app:

- Form builder

- Form fields such as: images/photos with annotations, signature, gps coordinates and all common fields

- Excel export of form submissions

- Pdf export of a submission

- Print submission right from your android device

- Email submission as a pdf document
