How to calculate the delay when you take fats and proteins with or without carbs? As a diabetic with type 1 diabetes, I always get headaches when calculating and could not figure out really fast. Therefore, I have programmed myself a calculator that helps me.
The calculator calculates after the entry of fats, proteins and carbohydrates insulin characteristics, Broteineinheiten (BE) or carbohydrate units (KE) from. The calculation is performed through previous factors (BE-factor KF-factor).
The result is only a suggestion and not a medical recommendation or therapy proposal.
