1 Pedometer: Count your steps, calories, activity time, distance

2. Sleep monitor: Record and analyze your sleep

3 Reminder: Never miss a notification on your phone, read your phone's call log and SMS, then transfer them to your watch

4 Heart rate monitor: measure your heart rate and record it in your diary.

5. Activity monitor

To connect to the watch (watch e.g.: Forever watch, JW-100,JW-150,JW-200...), you need a mobile phone and synchronize the data to use the full functionality
