Time your work sessions to track the amount of time you spend in deep focus.

Success as a student and as a worker is almost entirely dependent on the amount of time you spend focused each day. This app is a simple tool to help you build the habit of consistent focus.

When you start working set the timer and from that point until pausing the timer, focus completely. When you are done, simply save the work session to add it to the running total for that day.

Over time you will see the session length and total focus time increase and incredible work results.
