Changes in this release:
Adds Sound feedback!
Adds ability to change range/scale for looking at small or large muscle signals.
Adds balloon task - flex your muscles to inflate the balloon enough and it pops!
Updated user interface for Myometer, RMS, and Balloon.
Settings are now in a multi-page nested menu, similar to standard settings on android/iOS devices.
Data saving/viewing in RMS task
