What is it?

The FlexTransact Client and FlexTransact Transporter Apps are designed to primarily facilitate seamless interaction between those who would like to transport goods (Clients) and service providers (Transporters). Which App should I use?

If you need to find service providers use the FlexTransact Client App. If you are looking for transportation assignments use the FlexTransact Transporter Apps. If you do both, the two Apps also work seamlessly together.

Who is the App for?

Clients are typically companies, Non-Governmental Organisations and individuals. Transporters are typically Delivery companies, Haulage/Freight transporters, Removals, Couriers and individual transporters.

How does the App work?

The Client uses the App to provide details of goods (including taking pictures and uploading within the App) they would like to move including the originating and destination addresses anywhere where there is Google Maps. The Client also states the maximum amount they are willing to pay. The App calculates distances and provides optimal routes for Transporters who then bid with a few other transporters over the duration of the bid period. The successful bidder is notified and provided additional details such as the full address.

What are the benefits of using the App?

For the client – quick, efficient reliable way to find semi vetted transporters at a competitive price without advertising or time wasting bid adjudication. Plus the ability to track goods in real time in transit.

For Transporters – No need to hustle or bribe anyone for jobs, set your own price, compete on the same level with businesses of any size. Plus get reports about your income.

Do I need to Pay to Use the App?

The FlexTransact Transporter and the FlexTransact Client Apps are free and available for download to anyone. However, users need to sign up in order to leverage our massive database to find service providers (as Client) for a nominal transaction fee or to be a service provider (Transporter). Clients prefer to entrust their goods to transporters who are registered.
