Workout tracker that allows you to design workouts splits and then save records of those workouts. I explain in the video how to use the app as well. My goal is a simple app.

There are 3 key features that separate this app from others:

1) You manually design the workouts and name the movements and enter the actual entry for that set. This way you can put whatever you want and not be limited to the movements I input or only being able to record full sets.

Example of a wacky entry: close grip pull: bwx10 25x10 50x5 eccentx15

2) You can quickly and easily view your previous workout while doing your current workout. No brainer why that's useful

3) You can send all your workout data into a spreadsheet and email it to yourself for long term storage. The app auto deletes data older than 12 months so you must back up your data to your email if you want long term records.

I will respond to serious errors. I will consider improvements if they are worth the time and don't complicate the app.
