Added importing of body fat %, distances, calories burnt, daily heart rates, and sleep start/stop times from Fitbit
Made the S Health and Fitbit permission settings more granular
Made the Fitbit permissions pop-up once per sync
Scaled the monthly graph to 15 days
Fixed gaps in the step count
Added option to auto sync every 12 hours
Fixed tile showing 0 steps
Fixed weight import when timestamp missing
Fixed Heart Rate & Sleep not importing when steps have not been imported
