The “Fish | Ham Burger and Fry ”has been on the market since 2016; was born from the professionalism, knowledge and inspiration of its owner Taheri Mahdi for the world of fast, whimsical and quality catering.

After obtaining the hospitality diploma and after ten years of experience in the kitchen, the chef identified the customer's need for a quick and informal meal that was different from the usual sandwich consumed in the lunch break.

Here was born the idea of ​​re-proposing, with some variations, great classics of fish cuisine in a fast food format. The continuous search for selected raw materials and daring combinations, without losing attention to the value for money, has allowed the Fish Ham brand to establish itself in recent years as the undisputed leader of fast fish cooking on the Marche landscape.

Four years after its launch, it has not only experienced an exceptional economic increase, but is becoming an ascendant sector in the restaurant business.
