Fiscalize Fortaleza

Fortaleza City Hall communication channel to register complaints.

The Fiscalize Fortaleza app is a communication channel between the citizen and the Fortaleza City Hall. Quickly and practically, it is possible to register complaints on various topics related to urban control and sanitary surveillance.

These include noise, water, atmospheric, visual and soil pollution; irregular works, buildings and occupations; inappropriate postures and practices; street commerce, fairs, permit holders; Consumer defense; large solid waste generators; historical and cultural heritage; health surveillance.

Reports generated in the application are automatically directed to the Fortaleza Inspection Agency - AGEFIS.

In order for the registration to be successfully completed you must follow all the steps, including identifying the whistleblower and providing details about the occurrence. The whistleblower may opt for the confidentiality of their data.

The user can also follow the generated demand. Just enter the protocol number and check the status of the report.
