In Firma Boss App you are the Boss of the company.

In Firma Boss App you are the Boss of the company.

Your objective is to generate profit at the end of each individual year and to have as much profit at the end of number of years as possible.

Just as in managing a real company, you have to make the right decisions!

You decide on:

- How much raw materials we buy and at what price;

- How many products we will have in stock;

- At what price we will sell our products;

- How much money we will borrow from the bank;

- How big we want our company to be;

- Etc.

In business you will also need a bit of luck and the same applies in the FirmaBoss app.

How to play?

You have an operating company with a factory, bank loan, money, materials and products. You are making cars.

In each round (year) you:

1. Purchase materials.

First you will purchase materials. Depending on your luck factor you select from one of the options given on your screen. Money will move to cost filed and you will get materials.

2. Make products from the materials.

The workers manufacture a product from the materials. Number of products made depends on your decisions. Money from your account will move to costs – labor field. There are two different pieces of materials: the front and the rear halves of cars. A product (car) is obtained by assembling the two parts. Product will move to product field.

3. Sell the products.

Select from one of the options given on your screen. Sell the products to customers, who will pay you for the products. The money you received from your customers will move to money field. Cars will be moved by customers. You can see the costs of advertising on the costs – advertising field.

4. App will prepare the income statement. You may begin a new cycle − a new business year.

How you calculate your profit? Profit = revenues – costs.

Revenue is money that you have received from you customers.

There are 5 types of cost:

1) Costs for the purchase of materials

2) Cost for advertising

3) Labor cost

4) Interest

5) You also have to pay tax. The amount of tax you pay depends on how much profit you had. Refer to the table to see how much tax you will pay. Tax is paid by taking money from the money field and placing it on the taxes field.

Net profit: deduct the tax from profit to get the net profit.

A few additional notes:

1. Purchase of materials. If you don’t want to purchase materials, simply skip this step. The same is true for selling the product. If you don’t want to sell skip that step.

2. You don’t want to manufacture any products from the materials? you still have to pay your workers.

3. You can owe the bank a maximum of 20 million. When can you borrow money? Whenever you want.

4. Interest amounts to 10 % annually.
