Fixed wrong scaling of some UI elements

-Improved how CHD scales over time
-Harvest Menu: hold button changes value by 10
-Resized some UI elements
-Changed button placement on Game Over menu

Fixed:
-Game not saving when installed on a SD card
(Try to restart your device if it still doesn't work)
-Storage decreases when "Expand Storage" is active
-Camera moves behind UI elements
