The moment that the business owner changes the status of an order various push notifications will be send out to customer and/or diver. You as business owner decide how much time you need to prepare and deliver the order to the customer. You also decide which driver you use for delivery of the Job. Or if customer has selected pick up you inform the customer what time you think the order will be ready for collection.
