1.1b6: Fix for articles often not being marked as read or starred on the server

1.1b4:
- Settings screen with ability to enable syncing just unread items, disable syncing starred items, choose how many and how old articles should be synced or hide launcher icon (may require launcher restart)
- New implementation of downloading articles that should finally fix crashes when downloading lots of them
