About Event Snapshot

Get Paid to Take Photos of Guest at ANY Event or Crowd Gathering.

Event Snapshot is a Smartphone Photo Taking app that allows app users to sell digital photos to event guest by offering a photo taking service.

App Users on Event Snapshot may monetize guests at events, crowd gatherings, and businesses by offering a Photo Taking Service to event guest using their smartphone camera to take their photos.

The Event Snapshot App technology allows app users to sell digital photos to event guests on a cost-per-photo or donation basis while also bringing awareness to their personal, business, or fundraising goals and mission.

After photos are processed through the app, the guest is automatically sent a photo item page link via text and email which allows them to read the about me section of the app user, view their photos, purchase via their debit/credit card, then download their digital photos seamlessly from their mobile device.

All payments made by event guest to download their digital photos, processes through a secured online checkout process, and all funds are processed into the app user’s stripe account; then deposited into their bank account.

The Photo Item(s) Page Link:

The Photo Item(s) page link is a web link that is texted to the mobile device of the event guests after their photo has been taken and submitted through the app by the Photo Taker.

On the Photo Item(s) page link the guest is first presented with the app user’s about me section.

Right below the about me section, the guest is presented with their digital photos with a watermark over it. The guest may then select which photos they want and complete the checkout process by making a payment with their debit/credit card.

After the guest successfully completes their payment, they may download the photos to their device; and our system emails them their photos as well.

Cost Per Photo/Donations:

Although the app user may charge whatever they want on the cost per photo, generally the recommended price for each digital photo is $10.00 per photo, therefore the app user will earn $10.00 per purchased photo. A donation feature is also available on the app, and the app user may set it up to only accept a minimum donation amount or greater.

It’s easy to GET STARTED:

1. Create an account on the Event Snapshot App.

2. Set up your Price per Photo.

3. Offer to Snap photos of people at events or gatherings.

4. After taking a few snaps of guest, Enter the client’s Mobile number and email address on the app.

5. Client receives a text and email message with a link to read your fundraising pitch, view their photos, make donation, then download their photos!

• App user may take photo(s) within the app or upload photos from their mobile device.

• Event Snapshot Automation System sends notification to client’s mobile number and email with photo(s) item page link after their information is entered and submitted.

• After client clicks the photo item page link, the client may select which photos they desire to purchase. All Photos will have a watermark over it, until purchased.

• Clients that don’t purchase same day as notification are sent follow up messages via text and email for the next (3) days.
