Allows registered users real-time access to Requisitions

The eVA Mobile 4 Approvers app provides registered users real-time access to Requisitions that require their approval.

These Requisitions can be approved or denied and the user can choose to add an optional comment.

Key Features:

- View a chronological list of active Requisitions, beginning with the most recent submission.

- One-touch access to all Requisition details, including attachments, approval information, and history. ¬
