Adaptions to Android 13.0
For Plus-Version, Android Version >= 13.0: When notification permission is denied for this App, then permission is requested.
For Plus-Version, Android Version >= 6.0: When notifications are denied for this App, a warning dialog is issued when downloading station data is started.
Updated stations data.
Bugfix: Android Version >= 6.0: When starting the app and the permission access location was requested, then the start action Circular search was not executed.
