Patch notes - version [1.4.0]

- The new module system was added. This allows to design unique ships.
- Turrets will now defend any system planet when attacked.
- Pirate factions can now be completely defeated.
- Combat is no longer possible with exceeded command points.
- Balanced system rewards. Added module finds for the new module system.
- Many bug fixes, balance changes and tweaks. Also, some difficulty tweaks.
- It is recommended to start a new game to try the new module system.
