Driver timesheet reports are auto generated from RODS recorded on the Electronic Logbook. Data can be exported in csv format from EROAD Depot for easy upload to payroll.

DVIR

EROAD Driver also allows you to eliminate paper for your post-trip vehicle inspections. Our DVIR (Driver Vehicle Inspection Report) feature allows you to carry out guided post-trip vehicle inspections as you walk around the vehicle. Completed reports are accessible in real-time through EROAD Depot to allow for back office staff to proactively manage vehicle maintenance scheduling and to meet record keeping requirements.
