Epson Pocket Document

A virtual PC-printed document browser with 3D enhanced UI.

Epson Pocket Document is an application that captures PDF files, adds handwritten notes and sticky notes, and easily prints them with an Epson inkjet printer.

Even with a smart device, you can operate pages as if you were printing on paper.

It is ideal for use such as browsing other documents at hand while doing the main work on the computer.

PDF files imported into Epson Pocket Document can be easily printed with an Epson inkjet printer capable of printing in A4 size.

■ Main functions

[Importing documents]

Import the document by sharing the selected PDF file in the File app or sharing the link to the PDF file from your web browser.

[Viewing documents]

You can use a list that displays all pages of the imported document, and a document browsing screen that allows you to operate the thumbnails of all pages like flipping pages.

[Handwriting]

You can handwrite on the document.

For smooth handwriting, we recommend using a tablet that supports a stylus pen.

【sticky note】

You can paste sticky notes on each page of the document.

The pasted sticky note is also reflected in the list display.

[Pinning]

You can pin documents that you frequently browse.

Switching documents is very fast, so it's comfortable to use it as if you were going back and forth between multiple materials.

【printing】

You can print documents from Epson inkjet printers.

You can also specify and print only the pages you need while flipping through the thumbnails of all pages on the preview screen.

If you write the printer address on a commercially available NFC tag and paste it, you can print from the touched printer.

(The printer and smart device must be connected to the same network)

【favorite】

You can divide the imported documents into folders and register them as favorites.

Compatible with Android 7.0 and above.

■ Recommended operating environment

Epson Pocket Document uses 3D graphics to display a large number of pages at once, so it may not work with sufficient performance depending on your device. We recommend using a device with 3GB or more of memory.

To use the handwriting function comfortably, we recommend using the stylus pen that comes with your smart device.

■ Precautions for use

Storing confidential information such as work place on a personally owned device, or sharing and operating a smartphone or user account with multiple people may lead to information leakage.

Please be careful about the handling of personal information and confidential information.
