Use Kotlin for certain components to make it even easier to add languages

New options in setings, and much-improved syntax highlighting, with intelligent highlighting and inspection for C# and Java. JavaScript highlighting has also been improved.

More language support is coming soon in a future update.

I'm also working on allowing the user to import their own syntax highlighting definition!
