Official Application of the Civic Museum of Sansepolcro

The Civic Museum Sansepolcro is known worldwide for the masterpieces by Piero della Francesca, and preserve in a beautiful setting many architectural works of extraordinary beauty.

This app aims to facilitate the consultation of the works and, most importantly, to amplify the emotion of the visitor with a story made of words and signature sounds.

Just point the work with your smartphone to call up the card with the essential data and a short descriptive text.

The visit is interspersed with moments of great involvement 10 where the art of music and that of the word amplify the emotion aroused by the works. An entry describes the composition drawing attention to detail and curiosity that stimulates the visitor's interest. In sequence, a second voice actor reads literary songs, accompanied by an original music, evoke the spirit of the work.

In the museum, the ten selected works are marked with "Words and Sounds"

The music is by Andrea Chimenti.

The descriptive passages are read by Alessandra Bedino.

The literary texts are read by Fernando Maraghini.

The texts and the contents were created by Culturanuova in collaboration with the Civic Museum and the scientific review of Paola Refice (Superintendent Archeology, Fine Art and Landscape for the provinces of Siena, Grosseto and Arezzo).

In addition to the works of the app presents information on services and events organized by the Museum.

The app is available both online and offline operation.
