Based on the above results, we at Fujitsu Systems West will propose the android application "eMe delivery" to improve dissatisfaction from the standpoint of patients, staff, and entrants.

In eMe delivery, we focused on "waiting for medical examination", "how to get to the hospital and complicated facility structure", and "method of in-hospital examination and collection of disease information", which are many complaints from patients, and the medical examination turn came. We aim to improve patient satisfaction by providing services that allow you to receive call notifications, check the order of consultations on the Web, guide you to the destination of the hospital, and refer to other information about the hospital.
