About the SERPRO Embarque +Seguro app:

This application is for the exclusive use of airline employees and crew members. Passengers must directly use applications or other means made available by the airline with which they purchased their ticket.

The application allows the national airline for regular public passenger transport, through its employees, to biometrically register passengers for flights enabled for biometric boarding, within the scope of Embarque + Seguro, a partnership between SERPRO and the Federal Government.

The application also allows crew members to register biometrically to access the secure area of ​​airports that have biometric access validation, within the scope of Boarding + Crew Insurance, a partnership between SERPRO, ANAC and the Federal Government.
