About EL Conflicto De Los Siglos

Audio Christian book The Great Controversy, written by Ellen G. White

This application is an audio Christian book that was written by the writer and prophet of the Seventh-day Adventist church Elena G. White, an American who lived more than 100 years ago.

Before sin entered the world, Adam enjoyed free treatment with his Creator; but since man separated from God because of sin, that great privilege has been denied to the human race.

However, the redemption plan opened the way for the inhabitants of the earth to relate to heaven again. God communicated with men through his Spirit and, through the revelations made to his chosen servants, the divine light spread throughout the world. "The holy men of

God spoke being inspired by the Holy Spirit. "(2 Peter 1: 21.) *

During the first twenty-five centuries of human history there was no written revelation. Those who were taught by God communicated their knowledge to others, and this knowledge was thus bequeathed from parents to children through several generations. The writing of the written word began in the time of Moses.

The inspired knowledge was then compiled into an inspired book. That work continued for the long period of sixteen centuries, from Moses, the creation historian and the legislator, to John, the narrator of the most sublime truths of the Gospel.

The Bible shows God as the author of it; and yet it was written by human hands, and the diversity of style of his different books shows the individuality of each of his writers. The revealed truths are all inspired by God (2 Timothy 3:16); and yet they are expressed in human words. And it is that the supreme and infinite Being illuminated with his Spirit the intelligence and the heart of his servants. He gave them dreams and visions and showed them symbols and figures; and those to whom the truth was thus revealed, coated the divine thought with human words.

The ten commandments were enunciated by God himself and written with his own hand. Its writing is divine and not human. But the Bible, with its truths of divine origin expressed in the language of men, is a union of the divine and the human. This union existed in the nature of Christ, who was the Son of God and the Son of man. It can be said of the Bible, what was said of Christ: "That Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us." (S. John 1:14)

Written at different times and by men who differed markedly in social and economic position and in intellectual and spiritual faculties, the books of the Bible present contrasts in their style, as well as diversity in the nature of the matters they develop. Its various writers use different expressions; often the same truth is presented by one of them more clearly than by another. Now, as several of its authors present the same issue from different points of view and aspects, it may seem to the superficial, careless and prevented reader that there are divergences or contradictions, where the attentive and respectful reader discerns, with greater insight, The fundamental harmony.
