Enhancement:
1. Users can sync data via mobile hot spot.
2. It is faster to "Search devices" in sync page.
3. It reduces the possibility of synchronization failures in unstable network.
4. Accelerate software running speed.
5. Improve the software display in Android 4.4 and above devices.

Bug fixed:
1.There would be Error after synchronization completed.
2. Users may not access software after setting password protection in app.
3. Other improvements are made and bugs are fixed.
