Himachal Online Seva (eDistrict)

e-District is a Mission Mode Project (MMP) under National e-Governance Plan (NeGP). It aims at electronic delivery of identified citizen-centric services, at District and Sub-Division level. It also automates the workflow, backend computerization, and data digitization across participating departments. Himachal Pradesh is identified as a not pilot state. There have been no pilot e-district project implementations in the state. The E-District project envisages integrated and seamless delivery of citizen services by district administration through automation of workflow, backend computerization, and data digitization across participating departments.

It further aims to integrate multiple applications, faster processing of a public cases/appeals/grievances, dissemination of information as per public requirement and redesign the processes for the core services to be delivered through the Common Service Centers/LMK/Web Access by Individuals
