Entidad de Comunicación y Ondas de Leganés (ECO Leganés) is a non-profit association of Leganés (Madrid, Spain), dedicated to the creation and promotion of community and participatory media for Leganés and its neighbors, where they can broadcast the generators of information and free expression for any citizen or group with interest and desire, and who have difficulties accessing the media.
