New system introduced: Skill Gem
1. The skill gem function was transferred to the Skill Gem interface of the main interface. Removed the original Skill Book entrance.
2. Removed the current Skill Gems interface in Gear. Skill gems and weapons are no longer bound: there is no longer a gem slot on the weapon and putting on and taking off the weapon does not affect the gems equipped.
3. Players can now set 6 sets of Gem builds which can be switched before the battle start.
