Added the following features:
- network codes news, events and public consultations synced from the ENTSO-E websites.
- new drawer navigation on the left.
- additional features on each network code page:
- List of deliverables as defined in each code linked to live status.
- List of stakeholder committee meetings and the documents related to each meeting.
- Issue logger - web view to allow users review the ESC issue logger for each network code.
- Push notifications on new content
