Practice empathetic contact with each other in everyday life.

Official Needs is a tool based on the assumptions of the Agreement without Violence. It was created to facilitate and to foster reflection on their needs, over what I mean, to show the rich language needs and maintaining contact with each other in everyday life.

It is addressed both to people who already touched Agreement without Violence (were reading books, participated in the workshops) and would like to continue working at home and those who merely heard on this subject and would like to try it out. Official Potrzeb was inspired and with substantial support from Agnieszki Stein, a psychologist working in the spirit of the Agreement and Proximity Parenting without Violence.

Key elements of the Official needs:

- Path contact with each other includes such steps as: note observations on the situation in which you are, note the thoughts that circulate in your head, observing and noticing sensations from the body that flow when you are in a particular situation, support in recognizing and naming the feelings that you are finally support ropoznaniu and naming potrzeb unsatisfied and unfulfilled in a given situation

- Weekly and monthly summary stored within the path liking with these honors, which were selected most often

- Viewing recorded tracks with the search, which was satisfied or unsatisfied indicated needed. You can thus easily check the situations in which it took place and what you then accompanied by feelings and emotions

- Potrzebopedia including a description of basic concepts and distinctions in accordance with the objectives of the Agreement without Violence, tips on how to work with each step Paths contact with each other as well as what you can do next if you already know their met and unmet needs

- Notifications like once a day for making contact with each other
