• Session 1 stimulates:

- the right anterior cingulate

Session 1 is 22 minutes long.

• Session 2 stimulates:

- the insula

- the right cerebellum

- the cuneus to the precuneus

- the right superior temporal sulcus

- the parahippocampal gyrus

- the vermis

- the amygdala

- the right somatosensory cortex

Session 2 is 19 minutes long.

Both sessions are crucial to have a complete treatment!
