Dialing from Dual SIM Phones is implemented by non-open (unofficial) API of Android framework.
This means that it's not guaranteed to work properly on all Android devices.

** I recommend first to install the free version of Dual SIM Dialer https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=mk.dimitar.dualsimdialer.free before you buy this application. If free app works without a problem then this app will sure work on your device.
Now you don't need to choose the sim every time while making a call.
With one click on your saved contact card or widget and you will dial a saved contact.
You can choose the name and phone number from contacts stored in the phone, sim or synced from Gmail account.
You can import SIM contacts all at once by choosing >>Import SIM contacts<< menu. All numbers will get the default calling SIM from where are they imported.
To add a widget:
First you have to choose default SIM for a contact in the app so you can choose it when creating the widget.
Long click on empty space in your launcher >> choose widgets >> find Dual SIM Dialer Pro and drag and drop the widget into empty space.
It will ask you to chose a contact for the widget.
Aaaand that's it :).
Now you can call numbers by simply clicking on a widget.
