App for PSM user to Fill Fresh, Frozen and Dairy Product Forms Online & Offline.

DSR For PSM App is available PSM Users who can fill Fresh Products, Frozen Products and Dairy Products Form according to their line.

New Form

Tap on New Form to Fill the form. PSM users can fill form Online and Offline. Each form is divided into Multiple Steps. PSM users can fill any step anytime.

Fresh Form contains the following section to be filled:

i) VISIT DETAILS

ii) NEW & HORECA OUTLETS AND DELIVERY BOYS

iii) GROUND LEVEL ACTIVITY

iv) COMPETITIOR INFO & OTHER OBSERVATION

Frozen Form contains the following section to be filled:

i) OUTLET DETAILS

ii) AADF BOOKINGS

iii) FOCUS PODUCT BOOKING & OTHER DETAILS

Dairy Form contains the following section to be filled:

i) STOCK CHECK & ORDER GENERATION

ii) SELLING PRICE OF AMUL PRODUCTS

iii) SAMPLING ACTIVITIES OF AMUL PRODUCTS

iv) PROMOTION ACTIVITIES OF AMUL PRODUCTS

History

You can view all filled or pending forms date wise. Tap on Date to view filled or pending form of that date. You can navigate to previous or next month easily.

All forms will have it's own comment section where you can view the comment from Branch, Zone or HO.

Draft

It simply will have the list of all forms which you haven't yet submit or filled offline. In this all forms are saved along with the steps of form filled. You can edit or Delete pending form.

Account Detail

You can view your personal detail, line assigned to you and your Id Proof. If you wish to logout from your app then you can choose logout option from here.

Notifications

Tap on Top right side Notification icon to view all Message and Comment received from Branch, Zone or HO.
