Application formulation, manufacturing calculation inks Pantone Base
DroidTone is an application that has in its database over 1700 paint formulations based on monopigmentadas colors (Pantone type) used in graphic arts. Their colors are identified by like numbers to the famous color scale preparation of world knew the world chart (Pantone).
It can be used by printers and Off-set of companies, Flexography, Gravure, Screen Printing (Silk Screen), letterpress. The colors are expressed by simple mathematical processor, as in the example:
1 - select the color for its world renowned reference;
2 - indicates the amount of paint you want to make per gram (example 700 = 700g or 0.7kg);
3 - click calculate;
Okay, at this point you have the basic formulation of the color components required for ink, the values in percentage and a rough indication of the color on the screen. (I recommend using the famous scale for color conference by comparison).
