Texting while driving has become a huge threat to the people on our nation's roads and highways. While many of us have learned to rely on voicemail to handle incoming phone calls, text messages have a higher sense of urgency. With texting there seems to be an expectation for an instant response that many of us have difficulty resisting.

This simple application will automatically respond to the sender of incoming text messages to explain that you are currently driving and that you will get back to them as soon as possible. Once you reach your destination turn off the application and it will stop responding to the senders of your text messages.

With this application you still receive your text messages as usual, but now also have the peace of mind of knowing that they are being handled until you safely reach your destination.

This is the standard reply message that is sent:

"Sorry, I'm currently driving and can't text at the moment. I'll get back to you as soon as possible."
