Effective communication and rapport between dialysis technician and patients improve patient outcomes. Customised Program for Dialysis Technicians (CPDT) is a soft and behavioural skills training program especially designed for dialysis technicians. It comprises of three modules of one day each. Now this program has been modified and customised for all technicians and not just dialysis technicians.

NSLP is a soft skills training program especially designed for nursing in-charges/heads/supervisors for building necessary leadership skills.
