Dr. Steve Tan is a Visionary and Dynamic Leader with a unique vision and mission with 25 years of Global MLM experience. He has “Been There Done That” in the MLM Industry and has a very strong relationship with his people, globally.

Since Jan 2011, he has traveled 5 trips and spends a total of about 120 days in the USA, Conceptualizing, Planning, Organizing and Acquired Glow Holdings Inc. He has completed the Phase 1 and now launching the Phase 2 in Jan 2012 and Phase 3 in June 2012.

In 2010, he was independently conducting Research, Consulting and Conducting Trainings in the MLM Industry in various countries.

In 2009, he qualifies as the Fastest 100k Premier in the World in Xango LLC, USA. Having developed and built a perfect distributor organization structure of 3, 9, 27, 81, and 243, which are all respectively personally sponsored.

In 2008, he was listed as one of the Top 50 Most Influential people in Direct Selling by DirectSellingLive.Com, USA, which is the World’s foremost MLM / Direct Selling Social Network Organization.

In 2007, he was conferred a Doctorate in Business Administration by Midwest Missouri University, USA, where he was a APL Student (Acquired Prior Learner Student) with over 20 years of practical business experience and wrote a 200 pages thesis covering the Past, Present and Future of the MLM Industry including the theory as well as the practical field aspect, complete with a detailed Xcelerated Business Training System.

In 2007, he was awarded The International Distributor of the Year by Multi Level Marketing International Association, USA, where he has been involved over 18 years since 1992.

In 2006, he was appointed as an Ambassador for Peace by Universal Peace Federation for World Peace.

In 1997, he was awarded The International Distributor of the World by Neways International Inc, USA. A worldwide recognition selected from over 500,000 Distributors from over 30 countries.

From1993 to 1995, for 3 consecutive years, he was awarded The Distributor of the Year By Nature Sunshine Products Inc, USA, who is the World’s Leading manufacturer of encapsulated herbal products for holistic health and a Publicly Traded Multi Level Marketing Company.

In 1987, he started his MLM Career.

From 1978 to 1987, he was a Director and Sales and Marketing Manager for Electrical Home Appliances throughout Malaysia and ultimately promoted to be the General Manager.

In 1977, he graduated from the Chartered Institute of Marketing, London, U.K.

Dr. Steve Tan has a very determine and persistent personality and a character with a strong mental attitude of Getting Things Done Well, i.e. Making Things Happen, Successfully. Always thinking big and striving to do big things because he believes that there is “No Magic In Small Dream”.
