1. Detachable connector connection: Use the device by connecting the detachable connector to the Micro USB charging terminal.

2. Connecting electrodes for stimulation: Connect the electrodes for low-frequency stimulation to the low-frequency output terminal of the device.

3. Attach the electrode to the body: Attach the low-frequency stimulation electrode to the area you want to use (shoulder, leg, arm, etc.).

4. Power on: Press and hold the power/mode button on the device to turn it on.

5. Run the mobile APP: Turn on the Bluetooth function of the mobile platform and run the mobile APP.
