A program for monitoring the condition of operating objects and their components.

The “DM.TOIR” program is used to service the fixed assets of an enterprise. In this case, you do not need expensive equipment, just a smartphone or data collection terminal on Android with the installed program.

The software is intended for manufacturing, energy and oil and gas enterprises and solves the problem of automating the work of linemen and repair crews.

Accounting is possible both by barcode and using NFC technology - all this is available without extra time and using a regular smartphone or TSD on Android OS.

Main functions of the program for maintenance and repairs:

◉ identify objects indicating the technical condition index - by scanning bar codes or NFC tags from the studied operating objects and their components;

◉ confirm the fact that the employee has completed the work, keep records of the time he spent on solving problems;

◉ record operating hours of objects and equipment components;

◉ register data on detected deviations in the operation of equipment - with the possibility of photographing a defect or breakdown;

◉ carry out a crawl according to the crawler’s checklist;

◉ submit a request for additional maintenance;

◉ collect information to generate operational and analytical reporting.

Process of working in the application:

◉ When entering the program, the user is asked to choose which process the user wants to work with: entering operating hours, working with defects or repairs.

◉ When working with operating hours, defects and repairs, equipment is identified by barcode or NFC and the necessary parameters or repair details are entered.

◉ When working with checklists, information is indicated according to the type of checklist step.

◉ After completing work with documents, the data is transferred to the accounting system via an FTP server or saved to a local folder on the device.

The “DM.TOIR” program is compatible with the “1C: ERP” configuration

To use the program, you need a device with Android 5.0 or higher.
