Dizzit: shared address book

Happy new year !
- When you text or email a whole address book, you can now remove or add in one click either all shared contacts, or all users your sharing this address book with.
- We changed the design of the "share with" and "add a contact" file buttons. This button was previously the same, and they are now different, for better understanding.
- Two more options are available in settings : you can now chose if you want to order by lastname of firstname.
