(a) Removal of the GPS on/off switch on the GPS page, and combined with just Tracking on/off; (c) Fixed bugs with some form fields that were not saving correctly; (d) If a user who signed up has no team code at time of signup, the team messaging shows an alert that it only works with other users who have the same team code; (e) Added button on home page for 'website' that takes the user to the disaster surveyor website logged in as their account (same as the app).
