Track calorie/carb intake and manage fasting periods

FASTING DIET: tap the date complication to set a fasting diet and appropriate fasting periods. Supports: 5:2 DIET (EAT STOP EAT), LEANGAINS DIET (16/8 hours), WARRIOR DIET (20/4 hours), UPDAYDOWNDAY DIET
CALORIE/CARB COUNT: tap the 'TGT' to set what to track and targets for fasting and non-fasting periods (note: the fasting amount is only used if a fasting diet is set). Once set just tap to record food intake.
HEART RATE TRACE: tap the end of the hour hand to launch the heart rate tracer. Set the target heart rate range. This then maps your heart rate on the watch face. (Note: the heart rate updates when the watch wakes - if you wake the watch regularly while working out it will show a more detailed trace of your heart rate). Your watch needs a heart rate monitor.
FITNESS APP LAUNCHER: tap the step counter complication to set the fitness app to use.
WEATHER UPDATE: tap the weather complication. The progress ring on the weather complication counts down 4 hours to sundown/sunrise.
COLOR OPTIONS: tap the end of the minute hand to cycle through BLUE, WHITE, ORANGE and GREEN.
ZOOM: tap the center of the watch face to cycle between standard and zoom views. This also cycles the battery % always shown on the watch hands.
WATCH BATTERY: indicator shown on hour hand when watch wakes
PHONE BATTERY: indicator shown on minute hand when watch wakes
ROTATING COMPLICATIONS: all complications on the watch face rotate as the hands move so you can always see and interact with the complications.
EVENT NOTIFICATIONS: The date is replaced with an event notification when an event is upcoming in the next hour.
NOTE: you need to give Watchmaker permissions to access weather, sensors, etc.
