This app facilitates field level monitoring of progress of works under schemes.

DEHAT PATH is a mobile app that facilitates monitoring of progress of works under different projects and schemes being implemented at district Kanpur Dehat under all departments of GoUP. The app will enable district administration to better monitor the existing on going works under any schemes. It also facilitates checking for any women related issues in place visited and their reporting through app.

The scope is enormous as any work under any scheme of departments under GoUP can be monitored. Any officer visiting to field level can do any number of field inspections as per need after one time registration on app using his mobile number or email. The user will have to enter His Name, Designation, Department, Contact number and email . For authentication user will have to enter otp received on mobile and email and succeed in registration if his mobile number matches with data on server. On login officer may have two options . Firstly to add his departmental scheme and works details required for monitoring and its place. Secondly to monitor any scheme available in the area of visit, select it , take snap shots (Max 3) and add his reporting remarks with automatic location verification using google map and getting long Latt of site with date and time stamp and with place name optional entry. There is provision to save data on mobile and sync any time when online. The master data entry and updation of location Tehsil, Block, GP, Village, officers details and department wise schemes will be done using Admin Dashboard web app. The required reports for monitoring purposes will be available in Admin Dashboard. The app has provisipn for DM and CDO logins where any officer from any department can be assigned task of a work under any scheme. Even DM and CDO can enter any work as per requirement from any where and assign task completion of task to concerned officer. App sends SMS to officer when assigned task. DM and CDO can make mobile call to task assigned officer through App.
