DAVY have four core feature, such as :

1. Attendance

Attendance is one of the features that are used to give attendance report when the users (Sales Force/Promoters) visit to stores. System record the CheckIN time (when users arrived in a store) until the CheckOUT time (when users leaving a store). The system also records the user’s positions via GPS and the user must take a personal photo (selfie) as authentic evidence of the presence users in the store, so that the information obtained will be more accurate.

2. Sell Out (Sales)

Sellout is one of the features that are used to give sales report from stores which is managed by Sales Force / Promoters. System record the invoice detail such as transaction date, product and quantity of product sold. The user must take a invoice picture as authentic evidence of the sales stores.

3. Sell In (Purchase)

Order is feature that used to input/report data of ordered items from store. This activity will increase product stock in store. System record the order detail such as transaction/order date, product and quantity of purchasing product.

4. Market Intelligence & Visual Merchandising

Merchandising is a feature to input/report visit activity of FOS/Promotor. The step are check the stock (update the latest stock), POSM (such as material photo like flyer, poster, banner, etc),and insight (store feedback or competitor info) with attach the photo.
