Offline Mode: Inspectors can use the application even without internet access. The collected data is saved locally and is automatically synchronized with the server when the device returns to an area with a connection.

Automatic Location and Meta Data: The application automatically detects the location of the inspector during the evaluation and adds meta data to the images, ensuring the accuracy and veracity of the information collected.

Notifications and Alerts: Users receive real-time notifications about the status of their files, validations via sms or email.

Generation of Minutes: At the end of the evaluation, the application automatically generates a detailed minutes, which can be signed electronically by both parties, ensuring an efficient and quick closure of the case.
