New features

With the DAK ePA app you have additional services available that you can use independently of the ePA:

Quick access to e-prescriptions: In the DAK ePA app you can easily manage your e-prescriptions and always keep track of your medications. You can also request the availability of medication in a pharmacy and forward the e-prescriptions directly there. Pre-ordering and delivery are also easy. If you don't have a pharmacy in mind yet, you can use the search to display pharmacies in your area.

• Practically connected: View and redeem e-prescriptions with the DAK ePA app

• Pre-order directly: reserve medication at your preferred pharmacy

• Easy to redeem: either order or pick up directly

Access to the organ donation card: Using the DAK ePA app you have access to the central electronic organ donation register, where you can document your decision for or against organ and tissue donation online. Entry in the register is voluntary, free of charge and can be updated or deleted at any time.

Security

The development and approval of electronic patient files is subject to strict legal requirements such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As DAK-Gesundheit, the best possible protection of your health data is particularly important to us. To ensure secure access, unique personal identification is required. There are several options you can choose from during the registration process.
