cv_bridge compressed javacv

cv_bridge Tutorial with compressed images.Using javacv opencv.

Application that create a node that listens to a ROS image message topic, converts the image into a opencv Mat, draws a circle on it and displays the image on the phone. The image is then republished over ROS.

Topic for receive images:

/camera/image/compressed

Topic for output images:

/image_converter/output_video/compressed

You don't need OpenCV Manager for this app.
